Yes, but timing is everything! If you’re logged into your account and placed the order less than 30 minutes ago, you can cancel it yourself. If it’s been more than 30 minutes, we may still be able to cancel it during our Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM (CST).
We recommend canceling your order if you’ve made a mistake, as we’re unable to edit orders once they’ve been placed. However, if your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer an option—you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then send it back for a refund.
Need your items urgently? Place a new order for the correct items, and once your incorrect items are returned, we’ll process your refund.
