Care InstructionsUpdated 5 months ago
At Peoples Endurance Apparel, we don’t cut corners on quality or craftsmanship. Our gear is built for performance and endurance, but giving your garments a little TLC goes a long way in keeping them at their best. Follow these care tips to ensure your kit stays ready for the long haul:
What We Recommend:
- Wash at temperatures below 30°C (86°F)
- Use a high-quality detergent (cheap stuff won’t cut it)
- Hand wash with cold water or use a delicate wash cycle
- Turn garments inside out if using a washing machine—this helps protect the integrity of the logos
- Hang or air-dry out of direct sunlight
- Close all zippers and secure velcro before washing
What to Avoid:
- Tossing darks and brights together—bad idea
- Using bleach or fabric softener
- Low-grade detergents—they’ll wreck the elasticity of the materials over time
- Tumble drying—this drastically degrades the adhesives in your garments, causing logos to peel away faster
- If you must tumble dry against our advice, use delicate-low heat and keep the garment flipped inside out.
- Dry cleaning—just don’t
- Ironing (not worth the risk) or soaking for extended periods
Why Turn Them Inside Out?
If you’re tossing your gear in a washing machine, turning it inside out is a small step that goes a long way. Washing machines are built to scrub away dirt and grime, but in the process, they can scuff or fade your logos. Protect your kit’s look with this simple hack.
One More Thing:
Always read the care label on your gear before washing. Trust us, your future self will thank you.
