READ BELOW BEFORE YOU RETURN ITEMS:
Free Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer free returns for all full-priced items purchased at Peoples Endurance Apparel (excluding gift cards) within the USA. Use our easy self-service Returns Portal to choose one of the following options:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Exchange for a different product
- Peoples Endurance Apparel gift card for future use
Once your return is initiated, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping.
Sale Items:
We accept returns for sale items, but please note that free returns do not apply. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning sale items to Peoples Endurance Apparel.
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a Peoples Endurance Apparel store credit to use online. The value of the exchange or credit will equal the sale price you paid at checkout.
Return Conditions:
To ensure the smooth processing of your return, please follow these guidelines:
- Hygiene First: For health and hygiene reasons, always wear undergarments when trying on your kit.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in “as-new” condition—unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and packaging. Returns in unsaleable condition will not be accepted.
- Cycling Bibs: The Chamois Pad should have ZERO signs of wear... you know what we mean lol.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. Items purchased with gift cards cannot be refunded to a credit card or exchanged for cash.
- Packaging: Please package all returned items securely to avoid damage during transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, so we recommend purchasing insurance through your parcel carrier.
Please Note:
- Free returns only apply to full-priced items shipped within the USA.
- We cannot cover the cost of return shipping for orders outside the USA (not applicable at this time) or refund local taxes on replacement shipments.
- All returns must be initiated through our return portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
